This place was perfect in general with a very helpful and decent staff team. The double room we stayed in was compact with tea, good shower and comfortable mattress. Had outstanding and amazing meal in the bar.

Had double room with the TV, good shower, for example. Great location really close to exceptional Indian restaurants, Romford and public transport, and free parking.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. They were able to assist me with cancelling my second night without any hassle. The breakfast area was pleasant and the food and service were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having an on-site bar and parking, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
My room was not up to par. It lacked a window that I could see out of and was quite filthy on the outside.

Everything was awesome, the parking was on site, the room was spotless and cosy. All the staff was polite and great, fixed my issues. I appreciated that there were central heating, an iron and a work desk.

Good home base for 1 night. Booked a nicely decorated room with good smart TV, a comfortable bed and tea. Paid £ 47. Ideal location in pretty comfortable area, just next door to public transport and convenience shops, and Romford and M25. Easy walk to The Picture Frame Gallery.
